Ruben Soto Films

 We are dedicated to telling the story of Ruben Soto, an ex-gang member, muralist, playwright, father and filmmaker.  He recently finished his first film; "Willoughby," which he acted in, wrote, directed and produced.  His next project is "Smile Now, Cry Later" based upon his successfully play that ran for five years in Angeles Temple.  These stories are based on the struggles, acceptance, retribution and becoming your own while growing up in Echo Park, California.
